I am a scarf girl!
I am a scarf girl. I have a ladder hung full of them. My favourites are one with stars and one I bought in Bolivia. These scarfs I found by Studio mhl. They are handwoven by Ilse Acke. I love the vibrant colours!
Studio IJm 2
Just a little bit more Studio IJm. I could not help myself. I had still so many photos left.
Besides all the pretty details in Studio IJm they also had a yummy and very cosy kitchen where ‘chef’ Marlein was making the perfect lunch with lettuce soup and later tea with ovenbaked cookies filled cranberries and plums. We totally got spoiled over there! Marlein also has a cookbook and I can understand why!
The women from Kees van Dongen
The photoshoot I was talking about earlier was inspired by Kees van Dongen, a dutch painter from my hometown Rotterdam. His subjects were mainly women. The results from the shoot were just as amazing as the paintings!
Studio IJm 1
Last week I went with friend and stylist Sophia van den Hoek to a photoshoot for a dutch magazine. The inspiration for this shoot came from a dutch painter Kees van Dongen and photos were taken by Miep Jukkema. I had never been to a photoshoot before and I just loved everything about this day.
The place where the shoot was taking place was at the truly inspirational IJm Studio in Amsterdam. I just could not stop getting my camera out to take pictures from all the details around us. In and around every corner there was something new to discover and I just loved the whole atmoshpere over there. Seeing the photos below you can imagine why!
Tuulikki Titine
The handmade jewellery by Tuulikki Titine is adorable and special. She is a dutchie based in Australia. I love the heart broach. I would pin it somewhere in my bedroom and just watch it! The packaging is cute too! I am a sucker for stars! Soon she will also have bags in her shop!
Going to the chapel and we’re gonna get married!
Last week we had a small suprise engagement party for a friend at my place. One of our best friends was over from Italy where she lives in Tuscany so we were all complete which made it even a more special evening.
The menu was delicious (ofcourse with a italian chef in our midst!) and we did the whole thing; wedding veil, rice, bridal bouquet, engagementcake with little dolls and marzipan rings and roses on top and some magazines to look for the perfect weddingdress!
Lovely clusters
Recently I got an e-mail from Rachel from Lovely Clusters. With her website she wants to share her beautiful finds with everybody else. She features little shops owned by creative people selling pretty handmade and vintage items. I love this idea and the nice thing is she will be featuring Made by l e n n e b e l l e over at Lovely Clusters as well tomorrow!
My favorites are the magical photos by Little brown pen about my favorite city Paris and the soft mobiles with clouds from The butter flying. But there is so much more! Just check it out!

Maranon
In found this jewelry brand via Compramelo (they posted about Made by l e n n e b e l l e when I was in Asia! See post here). I think these necklaces are stunning! They are made by Maranon and are all handembroidered. I added a necklace by Maranon to my wishlist. Here you can find a nice interview with the founder of Maranon, Lorena, about how the whole thing started!
Women, hope, fashion
These pretty photos are from Satara. A new dutch Fair Trade fashion label. Satara supports women in India. With the help from young designers they make a feminin and comfortable collection. I love this idea and the clothes in nice pastels are great. I would wear almost everything, especially the ones with the bubbleprint!
