Winter fairs & wish upon a star bracelet

By | arts & crafts, Lennebelle jewelry | No Comments

It’s december and I am ready for some snow and wintercold! I am looking forward to the Holiday Seasons and already had some nice and cosy Sinterklaaas celebrations with friends and family! I feel really spoild lately with all those gifts.

Stock up on ‘wish upon a star’ bracelets for your loved ones to wish them a happy new 2012 where all their wishes may come true. The lock and star are sterling silver and you can choose the color yourself or mix three color for one braid! Check them out here. The first 10 people who order a necklace will get a wish upon a star bracelet as a gift!

This month I will be at two fairs;

Sunday Market (Amsterdam) december 4th (together with Floor selling amazingly nice leather shoppers and pretty paintings)

Swan Market (Rotterdam) december 18th

Exchange project: Iefke de Roos

By | arts & crafts, fashion | One Comment

A few weeks ago I ran into Iefke de Roos when I was in Amsterdam. We met one time before at the Mode Marche. I really like her style, there is nothing else like it. Everything got Iefke’s personal ‘handprint’ all over it. You will recognise her work in an instant. She makes gorgious clothes and jewelry. Check out her work here and more recent work here.

We decided to do an ‘exchange’ and I am so happy with my cactus bag! She added a little suprise gift, this really cool wool braided bracelet with rose quarts. There ar more,…

Iefke will be at the Swanmarket the 18th of december (just like me!) The perfect place(s) to get x-mas presents!

My heart wanders

This is my new bedtime reading, My Heart Wanders by Pia Jane Bijkerk. It was on my wishlist for a long time. It was sold out pretty fast so I had to wait a while to get a copy in my hands! I love the way Pia is writing and of course the images and feel of the book is just great. Recently Pia opened her own online shop filled with her own books like this one but also Paris made by hand and Amsterdam made by hand. Check it out here. They will make a really nice christmas gift and these ones are all personaly signed by Pia!

Tomorrow I will announce the winner of Lennebelle’s Golden Give-Away but you can still join. Check it out here or scroll down.

Utterly happy

I do love my workspace but this one looks great too (love the large windows and the light), plus this could easily be me with the high ponytail!

At this moment I spend much much time in my own workspace. Busy on two new projects. Finished the website  and businesscard for Petite Etoile (will show you when it is up & running), send out two packages to Anthropologie (happy, happy, joy, joy!!) And now drawing for a new assignment which I got just by posting the last wedding invitation I made for Vanessa! You just can’t imagine how that makes me feel,…utterly happy. Probably have to start making a portfolio,…I love where this is going to!

Hope you will all have a lovely weekend!

This is my new favourite bag! I have seen this ‘paper bag’ kind a bag a few times and my lovely colleague Yardena, who is an up coming bag designer made it for me!

She makes a lot of gorgeous bags. Hope to show you more of her work in the future.

Ready for 2012

Last weekend was just amazing! The wedding was picture perfect and will share with you soon.

Yesterday I went to Swanmarket. It was nice not selling myself but being able to walk around and have coffee with friends in the sun. I bought two things that were on my wishlist for a long time now. The perfect calander/planner by graphic designer Marjolein Delhaas. It comes in single large sheets with a clip, I love the simplicity. You can buy it here and see more of Marjoleins’ work here.

And I bought a pretty greyish-blue large cup by Carola Zee (earlier post here) for my morning tea or cappuccino!
