Delivery
1: When will my order be dispatched?
Once you place your order and the payment has been cleared (preferably within two days) your goods will be dispatched within 1 to 2 days.
If the delivery time is a bit longer or if an item is momentarily out of stock you will be informed straight away by email.
2: How will my order be send?
Your order will be sent using the standard delivery service.
3: How long will the delivery take?
Delivery time should take between 5 and 10 working days (it's usually a little longer outside of Europe)

4: What payment options do I have?
I-Deal for people who live in the Netherland using a dutch bank and Paypal supporting all common creditcards.
Both I-Deal and Paypal are very secure and trusted online payment processos.

Note: remember you don't need a Paypal or I-Deal account to pay via this method- you just need a credit or debit card.
5: What currency is used?
With the currency converter you can change your preferred currency; UK pounds, Euro, US dollars, Japanese Yen.
The order will be processed accordingly.
6: Does the price include VAT?
Yes, the price includes European VAT
Returns
7: I am not satisfied and want to return my product
A l i t t l e h a m s t e r believes in quality and beautifull products.
However A l I t t l e h a m s t e r will really not behappy until you are.
A l I t t l e h a m s t e r offers a full refund or exchange if you are not entirely satisfied with your product.
Please return the item unused and in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
Ask for a proof of postage from the Post Office as A l I t t l e h a m s t e r cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damage in transit.
Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty.
