These Terms and Conditions of Use (the 'Terms of Use') apply to the web site located at www.alittlehamster.com. The Site is the property of A little hamster BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

A little hamster reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. Shipping & Delivery

Packages typically arrive within 7-14 days from the date we receive the payment of the order.

If the order is not delivered within 30 days from the date A little hamster received the payment, consumer is entitled to cancel the order. Then A little hamster is obliged to refund the payment within 30 days.

Products are shipped directly from The Netherlands. IMPORTANT - If a package is returned to The Netherlands because the buyer did not claim the package, A little hamster does not send replacements.

A little hamster is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. A little hamster has no control over this.

Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and A little hamster has no way of knowing what these charges may be.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are calculated when you decide to purchase an item and CHECKOUT, if the items are IN STOCK that is.

The shipping costs are also shown on you’re a little hamster Invoice. The shipping costs are calculated and added only once. If you order more than one item, the shipping costs remain the same, because A little hamster was coming your way anyway.

Return & Exchange Policy

If the customer is not satisfied with the product they can send it back within 7 days after reception of the good(s). Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition in the same packaging as received. First send an e-mail to

After receiving the instructions you have to return the goods within 2 days. You can send back your returns using the Mail or UPS. If you choose to use an untrackable shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the transport.

When a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong color or size or any other fault on our part we will pay for the transport costs in the form of a refund.

In all other cases consumer will have to pay for the transport costs of the returned good(s). If applicable a refund or credit to your account will be issued within 30 days. In case of an exchange and the desired product is not available you will receive a credit memo which has to be redeemed within 3 months.

Accounts, Passwords and Security

Certain features or services offered on or through the Site may require you to open an account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify A little hamster immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security.
