The kids are staying at their grandparents, the house is cozy and clean with fresh flowers, all work is done,…not really, it never is but the most important things just before Mothers day are checked off my to do list.
I have had this pile of magazines for weeks now and never took the time to read it. I also bought two books I can’t wait to start with; Motherhood by Carolijn and Wabi Sabi welcome.
I made myself a nice breakfast and snuggled up on our couch, one of the best decisions for our house, this huge corner cough in a light color (which still after 5 years, looks fine!) Wish I was spending more time here, for now feeling grateful I am having the time to relax and enjoy my stack of magazines and books!
